Tim Owens is an IT Technician at Longwood University (his alma mater) and has been involved with VSTE in some capacity for the last 4 years. His wife brought him to a conference just to hang out at a hotel and he ended up signing up and joining, presenting the last 2 years, and joining the Board of Directors this year.
